- All items are preorders. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that shipping will not begin until after production of all items are completed. Production is expected to begin May-August 2024, and shipping is expected to begin August-September 2024.
- Please note that these are preorder items so final products may have differences from the listings. With the exception of excessive changes to the product, there will not be any refunds issued due to dislike of minor changes/adjustments.
- The customer will be responsible for handling and paying for any customs/VAT/import fees/taxes, as we have no control over them.
- All purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution and resale of any digital or physical products are prohibited.
- If you want to add or change your order, please let us know before May 19th when preorders close.
- If you want to change/edit your address, please let us know ASAP before shipment.
Returns and Refunds
- We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales will be final after preorder period has closed.
- We will replace/refund items in the event of the following:
- Your package does not arrive due to a mistake on our part (ie: we entered the wrong address)
- Your package arrives with incorrect/missing items or bundles
- We will NOT replace/refund orders in the event of the following:
- Your package doesn't arrive due to you providing an incorrect addres or not requesting address change before shipment.
- Your package doesn't arrive due to your failure to pay customs/VAT/taxes/import fees
- If your package arrives damaged, we might either give you a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation or if we have any extras. All cases are subject to assessment and inspection.
- In case of doubt, please video tape yourself opening your unopened package, for the best proof of missing/damaged items.
